Kevin Pu is a Principal with ENFORM Architects. He is an award-winning designer with significant experience in high-performance buildings. His focus is on zero carbon buildings, with a particular emphasis on deep energy retrofits. At ENFORM, Kevin leads the building renewal portfolio where he infuses sustainable design principles with building science to revitalize existing buildings. While at B+H Architects he was the project architect of the Humber College BLDG Nx Passive House Retrofit – the first institutional Passive House retrofit in Canada. He also worked on the net zero energy Mohawk College Joyce Centre for Partnership and Innovation.
Kevin received his Master of Architecture and Bachelors of Architectural Science degrees from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) where he garnered the RAIC Student Medal and the AIA Henry Adams Certificate in recognition of his thesis work. His thesis, Architecture as Respiratory Systems, laid the foundation for Kevin’s interest in sustainable design. Kevin remains involved at Toronto Metropolitan University serving as a visiting guest critic and mentor.
Kevin brings to the firm a strong sense of design, technical proficiency, and business acumen. Kevin demonstrates strong communication and organization ability which allows him to effectively lead multifunctional teams to achieve project goals and a high degree of client satisfaction.
